Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

Please allow a processing time of 5-7 business days. It is our goal however, to get orders shipped before this time. Please note that business days are Monday- Friday and do not include major US holidays.

 

Discretion

All of our orders are discreetly packaged.

Receiving

When receiving your items please:

  • Inspect and ensure there are no damaged or defective effects.

 

 

Damaged Product

In the rare and unfortunate event that your product is damaged during the shipping process, you will have 72 hours to contact our customer service team so the appropriate actions can be taken.

 

Sensual Pleasures reserves the right to refuse or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • Potential Fraudulent or criminal activity
  • Irregular or excessive returns history

If your product is deemed damaged/ defective, the customer care team will have the customer: send a picture with the original packaging, provide the order and product number and at that point will have the customer send the defective products back (these products will be inspected at the distribution center and discarded after). In order to get the refund/ store credit for defective product- items sent back must be in the original packaging, unused and have no missing parts.

 

Return Policy:

Due to the intimate nature of the products that we sell, we do not accept returns/ exchanges on any products that we sell (toys, lingerie, toy cleaner, etc..). Most noteworthy any item that comes in contact with anybody part is non-returnable and is not able to be resold.We have this policy in place for the safety and health of our customers and also because it is the law. Once these items leave our warehouse, they have been considered used and therefore cannot be returned.
